San Clemente Times is a Great Newspaper

The San Clemente Times does a great job.  It has terrifically
condensed news of San Clemente consisting mostly of news
that you can use…REALLY useful san clemente news.

I like the frequent in-depth, analytical articles, too,
like the one in the August 1 issue on the Casa Romantica,
“The Jewel of San Clemente,” and the most valuable piece
of real estate in the city.

As Ole Hanson’s original home here, high on a cliff
overlooking San Clemente’s famous pier bowl and pier,
nears its 80th birthday, it was a most timely story
and I am sure many city residents cut it out and saved it.

My wife, Debbie Ferrari, has her ads in this paper and
we get excellent response from it.  We are currently
running the ads about www.RealtyCares.com a means to
support San Clemente non-profit groups by sharing Debbie’s
real estate commissions with them.

But we also run the comic strip series where cartoon
characters comment in the story board frames about what
a good realtor Debbie Ferrari is.

We also have a San Clemente real estate red banner running in rotation with two other

banners at the top of the San Clemente Times home page.

If you run ads with the Times, you already know what
an absolutely incredibly efficient, effective and professional
ad manager they have in Michele Reddick.  She is the
best multi-tasker we’re ever seen at a publication and
we’ve yet to see her make a bubu with the San Clemente Times
ads that we run.
